Brightonské waffle (Brighton’s waffles)

Brighton je plný kaviarní, ktoré majú svoj štýl, ktoré okrem dobrej kávy podávajú aj super jedlo od výmyslu sveta. My sme veľmi radi, že vďaka tomu čo robíme, máme vždy možnosť ochutnať kúsok z každého výtvoru.
Brighton is full of beautiful Cafés, that offer not only great tasting Teas and Coffees, but they also come up with very Interesting dishes. We are very happy doing what we do, as it gives us the opportunity to have a little taster of all types of Different food.

To, že sa v kaviarniach okrem koláčov predáva vždy aj niečo extra je v Brightone úplne normálne. My sme boli často zvyknutí, že kaviareň je len kaviarňou. Ale prečo by mala?

The fact that most Cafés in Brighton always offer much more than just a cake and a coffee is almost no surprise anymore. We were used to be limited to only a few options when visiting Cafés back home, where Café was simply just a Café. But why should it be?

Keď nás oslovil majiteľ novej rožnej kaviarne, veľmi sme sa potešili. Už podľa názvu sme vedeli, že spolupráca bude viacej ako chutná. Do Waffel cafe chodia ľudia nie len na dobrú kávu, ktorá nesie ich osobnú značku ale aj kvôli wafliam, ktoré sa tam podávajú. Predstav si presne tie wafle, ktoré nájdeš na internete vždy, keď si najviac hladný a najbližší obchod je 400 kilometrov vzdialený. Ak máš v hlave obrázok waflí, na ktorých sú aspoň tri vrstvy vecí, ktoré zbožňuješ (od čokoládovej polevy, ovocia, karamelu a orieškov), tak sa tvoje predstavy trafili presne. Poézia pre nás ako fotografov, utrpenie, že sme najskôr museli nafotiť, až potom mohli ochutnať.

When the owner of Natulia Café&Waffles approached us, we were very excited to be part of this new Project. I believe the name says it all and right from the start, we knew this is going to be very Interesting cooperation. Most People do not come here to only enjoy their favourite cup of tea, but because of their Personalised Brand of Coffee and of course mostly because of the Waffles served here. Just imagine the Waffles you normally see just on the Internet, while you are feeling hungry and the closest shop is 400km away. Waffles topped with 3 and more layers of different type of Fruit, Chocolate, Caramel, Nuts and so on. And this is exactly what you get here. Seems like a poetry to us Photographers, but torture at first as we had to take the Photos first and taste it afterwards.

My jednoducho milujeme tieto brightonské kaviarničky, ktoré pre zákazníkov vymýšľajú stále nové a nové veci, aby sa odlíšili od konkurencie a popri tomto tichom súboji, posúvajú kaviarne na celkom inú úroveň.

We simply love these small Brighton Cafés, that always come up with something new, something special to differentiate from the Competitors and thanks to this constant battle they all raise the bar and Standards of Cafés here.
